For a while I’ve been getting so little sleep, and today I hit that point where I physically couldn’t get out of bed. During school I’m exhausted, drained, I can barely listen to my teachers. So tonight I went to a restorative yoga class and I walked out so relaxed and refreshed. My friend, who I went with, said she cried during some of the poses - this is what’s so beautiful about yoga. It releases all of your knots accumulated through stress and pain, and once you let it go the tears go with it. I’m really going to try to take these classes more often, it helps so much.
